The product has a bandage with two straps that keeps the bladder in place, and can be used over the shoulder, ankle, elbow and knee. The product must only be used for a limited time of 20-30 minutes and must never be applied to bare skin. A towel should always be used between the bladder and the skin. The product can be used for cold treatment of an injured area for up to 30 minutes for shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle.
