  • RETURN POLICY

    1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
    1.1 e-orto.lt indicates, and the Buyer confirms, that they are familiar with the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods displayed on the website may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used.
    1.2 Goods of suitable quality can only be returned in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 22.07.2014 no. 738 in accordance with the approved Retail Trade Rules. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the Buyer.
    1.3 In the event that the reason for returning the product is inadequate quality, UAB "Ortopedijos Centras" undertakes to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at its own expense or to return the money paid for the product. Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 22.07.2014 no. 738 of the approved Retail Trade Rules.
    1.4 High-quality products such as tights, socks, stockings, bras, waist corsets, custom-made braces or insoles and universal insoles, heel cushions, silicone insteps and other foot care products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. You can find more information in: Section 1, points 4 - 17 of the Retail Trade Rules, which were approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2001. June 11 by resolution no. 697 (redaction of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 2014).
    1.5 The Buyer can return high-quality but not fitting goods purchased on e-orto.lt within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods (i.e. signing the goods receipt document). The cost of returning the product is paid by the Buyer.
    1.6 When returning goods, the Buyer must indicate the sender's address UAB "Ortopedijos Centras" Kalvarijų st. 62, Vilnius, LT-09304 and pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. The Seller will not issue refunds for items damaged in shipping. The seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent improperly packed, with an incorrect address, as well as if parcels were lost or damaged during shipping.
    1.7 Returning up to 20 (twenty) kg The Buyer can either deliver the Goods to the Seller's pick-up point, return them via courier or send them by post. The goods must be returned to the Seller at the address specified by the Seller in the confirmation of receipt of the contract cancellation notice sent to the Buyer. Goods weighing more than 20 (twenty) kg must be delivered to the Vilnius Goods collection point.

    1.8. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

    1.8.1. to return, contact us by e-mail at info@e-orto.lt;
    1.8.2. the returned item must be in a neat package and more securely packed;
    1.8.3. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
    1.8.4. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (undamaged authentic label, untorn protective film, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
    1.8.5. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
    1.8.6. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document or its copy and a completed product return form.
    1.9 If a price difference occurs when exchanging goods, the Buyer and the Seller must pay according to the recalculated prices.
    1.10 Goods are returned after filling out the goods return form. For the product return form, contact info@e-orto.lt or you can download it.
    1.11 The total amount paid shall be returned to the Buyer immediately and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day he received the consumer's notice of withdrawal from the contract (Article 6.22811, Paragraph 2 of the Civil Code).
    1.12 Goods can be returned only if they meet the requirements set out in point 8.3 of these Purchase Rules. The paid amount is returned immediately and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days after signing the return form and receiving the goods purchased and returned on e-orto.lt. By confirming these Terms of Purchase, the Buyer agrees that the money will be returned to the Buyer's bank account from which the payment for the goods was made.

    2. EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS IF THE WRONG GOODS ARE DELIVERED
    2.1. If the wrong or incomplete goods were delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer must immediately, but no later than within 7 (seven) days, inform the Seller about this by e-mail info@e-orto.lt.
    2.2. The seller undertakes to pick up such goods and replace them with suitable goods at his own expense.
    2.3. In the event that the Seller does not have the ordered goods, he returns the money paid for the item(s) to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer immediately and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Seller received the Buyer's notice of withdrawal from the contract, and if the Product is not returned by the Buyer to the Seller, the term provided for in this point is calculated from the day the Product is returned to the Seller. By approving these Purchase Rules, the Buyer agrees that the money will be returned to the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
