Compression socks are divided into:
CCL1 (15-20mmHg) - when there is a small degree of varicose veins, swelling of the legs in the evening, during long trips, when there is a constant feeling of tired, painful legs.
CCL2 (20-30mmHg) – in case of varicose veins, leg swelling, deep vein thrombosis, lymphedema, after surgical treatment of varicose veins.
It is very important to choose the right size according to the size chart. Please refer to the size chart.Size table:
It is advisable to take the measurements in the morning, when the legs are the least swollen.
1) The required leg circumference is measured: cB - across the ankle, cC - below the knee, the thickest part of the calf.
2) Calf length is measured, sock length LD is selected:- calf length up to 40 cm - a shortened product model is required;
- calf length 40 - 44 cm - a standard product model is required.
- calf length over 44 cm - a longer product model is required.
p.s. Only a size correctly selected by a medical specialist ensures a proper fit and adequately meets the need for compression.
Putting on/taking off compression socks or tights
It is recommended to put on compression socks or tights in the morning, before getting up, before the swelling of the legs has started. It is best to use rubber gloves as this will make it easier to put on and take off the compression socks or tights. Feet must be dry.
Using rubber gloves, rub the sock or pantyhose over the foot and heel until the heel is in place. Do not pull the sock by the top edge.Washing instructions
It can be washed by hand and in a washing machine, using the hand wash mode. Water temperature - no more than 40°C. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Rinse well. After washing, carefully hang to dry. Do not leave them lying damp on a towel. Do not leave to dry on heaters, radiators or in direct sunlight. Do not iron with an iron.
